The subject line says it all. The latest updates (KB5028166 Cumulative Windows updates and .NET KB5028937 ones) made it so that after the reboot, all my “start with Windows” programs, well, didn’t.
Anyone know what the story is there?
This happened again with this last cumulative update+restart. Nothing in the system tray after restart that should be there, like Steam, Xbox App, Plex Media Server, etc.
No one else seeing this?
