Windows 7 to include DX 10.1 software rendering

Windows 7 will be able to render DirectX 10 and 10.1 applications on DX9 GPUs… or with no GPU at all! That’s obviously only useful for desktop applications, casual games, and driver compatibility testing, but the performance chart they provided is quite amusing.
