Wireless Access at E3?

So I’m the IT guy for a company that will be sending a few people to E3. One of them has requested an aircard, and I’m working on that (expenditure approvals, management signoffs, working with our rep, etc.) but there’s a good chance it won’t be available to her by the time of the event. She’s a particularly “needy” user, so I expect she’ll whine and moan if she doesn’t have one. I’d like to be able to say “Don’t worry, it’s no big deal, they’ll have wireless available…”

Can anyone confirm this?

Last year at the convention center there was free (but overburdened and unreliable) WiFi access in the press center. Assuming this user isn’t press, there’s also “pay per day” WiFi in the center. Not sure how thorough the coverage is, as I just used the press center last year.
