Thing is… France said they’d do it and he acted like they were trying to start a fight with the US.
He literally thinks they’re supposed to cut us a check. When they talk about increasing their spending, he wigs out that they’re getting bigger militaries.
And if he did, who are we to complain? We’ve done things to hurt people too!
They should just print out one of those ginormous checks you see at charity events and have them made out to him and then say “are we good?”

People are so transfixed by “smocking” that they’re glossing over this: he called paying a porn star more than a hundred thousand dollars as hush money to keep her from talking about having sex with him (and watching Shark Week) to avoid messing up his campaign for president a “simple private transaction.”
I think the bigger story is this:
The President of The United States committed multiple felonies prior to taking office.
THAT is the story.
Because in recent cases of Impeachment with Nixon and Clinton, they got in trouble for obstructing justice… but neither were implicated in actual felonies.
In this case, the President has actually committed honest to god felonies.
The fact that anything else is news is kind of mind blowing.
So I guess the President chocks his chicken?
This explains why he keeps firing cabinet members for not being able to handle his demand for a dozen cokes every day.
Alternatively, Trump tweet from 2013 - “Someone get me a god damn diet cock - I’m dying of thirst here.”
Not just paying them off but creating shell corporations to hide the fact.
Otherwise it can fly away.
“I didn’t know it was illegal, that’s why we made companies to hide the fact that we did it,” is a pretty shitty defense.
Soon it’ll be
“We were trying to break tax laws, not election campaign laws”
Even if we did break tax or campaign laws, maybe those laws are stupid anyways.

The crimes were just crimes, after all. Who among us hasn’t committed a felony or two in the run-up to a national election. Also, the incoming Democrat chairman of the judiciary committee himself just said that merely committing an impeachable offense doesn’t mean the offender should actually be impeached. So there. The guns may be smocking, but it’s just one or two teensy little guns. It would be different if it was like a machine gun, or if there were dozens and dozens of totally constitutional muskets smocking all at the same time.
Everything illegal is a crime these days!
