Word problem: comments

I’m working on this Word doc someone sent me and I’ve run into a weird problem: all the comments show up at the bottoms of the doc when I view it. I’m trying to get them back into balloons on the page.

I go to the Show menu on Review Changes->Balloons, and all the options are grayed out.

Any clues?

Are the two of you using different versions of Word?

I thought that myself. I’m not sure.

I figured it out. It needs to be in Print view to work!
