I’m also starting to change up my strategy somewhat. While i went with different words every day, i generally made sure my opening word covered two vowels. Now, i 'm starting to think about it differently.
Here’s my thinking: A/E/R/N/T and the like (maybe add s in there) are really easy letters. ya, they’re in a lot of words, but they’re super easy to place and maybe the trick is to do the opposite and try to get the stupid letters off the board. I started today’s with PLUMB. My second word got the EA and TR out of the say, so one of the reasons why i went with wedge was to test E (the letter i guessed) in a couple of places, but also to get 3 other odd consonants out of the way. Except, in this case, i nailed it. But still, i think i’ll try this out for a bit and see if it starts working better
