Awful pull on the first word, lucky rework on the second, and then a clean miss simply because there were way too many possibilities still hanging around.

“Could” is one of those words that’s dirt common but when you look at it closely by itself it’s kind of weird.
First time I had no hits on my first word, which is actually useful information. On hard mode I almost prefer less hits. Once you get letters locked in, the information you can get with each guess is less and less.
Yeah, see. Once you get those letters locked in, you’re reduced to guessing the possibilities hoping you get the right one before you run out of guesses.
Yes. I still haven’t decided whether it is better to search for vowels with your first word, or search for consonants instead, for this reason. I’ve been using vowel-heavy starters, and that tends to work out so that you generally get the answer by guess 4 or earlier, but a few words end up turning out this way, where you are trying to guess the right consonant from too many alternatives.
