Quite a few decent chances on both sides through this first half, after that crazy first 4 minutes. I feel like Croatia has had the better of it but only just. Feels like this one may come down to which side makes a critical mistake.

Neither were part of the scoring. Both playing well, though with Eriksen it’s hard to see because of the supporting cast.
After a flurry of excitment it has dissolved into a Championship game of “who gives away possession next”? Both players are quality, but really surrounded by some second rate teammates.
Still 1-1 at the half. It’s frustrating supporting Denmark since they seem to lack a player who can control the ball with a quick touch. They always seem to need one long touch to control the ball, then more time to pass or shoot. It’s just too slow.
I really like the alternate dark-colorerd Croatian team kit…but I kind of miss the classic Ralston-Purina look.
Again Danish striker taking too long.

When we signed Knudsen the local paper said, un-ironically, “might be the next Rory Delap.”
It’s been all Denmark in ET so far. But they just can’t get it on target.
