Honestly, even the trailer made this look ridiculously stupid. And if you can't make your movie look top-notch in a trailer, you know the finished product is a massive load of shite.
Its just propaganda against the Thai coup, which seems to have turned out to be a positive event and not the stuff of horror movies. Islamic Terrorism would give them plenty of fodder but a country that has taken an authoritarian turn and been successful must be targeted.
The Impossible is a great film. Agree on everything else, though.
