Read the full articleI would suggest you take a look at Alcatraz if you haven't already. It's like a cop show crossed with the paranormal. It's filled that mystery show nitch that Lost used to fill. And it doesn't hurt that Jorge Garcia and Sam Neill are both in it and J.J. Abrams, Jack Bender, and Bryan Burk are involved.
Now it does have the '63-of-the-week syndrome similar to the River's ghost-of-the-week, but it uses the individual episodes to also feed the greater plot arc that is running through the season/show.
I really didn't like Paranormal Activity, but to each his own. This show does look pretty awful.
Did you see The Innkeepers? Did I ask you that before?
Alcatraz is everything Tom complains about as far as safe TV goes. He would freaking hate it, I'm guessing.
The Qt3 podcast was on Innkeepers a few weeks ago. So, yes, I've seen it.

Even worse - your post is what made me look it up and then decide to watch it. So sad.
My mom, who approvingly watched every episode of Lost on original airing and then AGAIN six months later on DVD, said an hour in, "This is the worst piece of shit I've ever seen." Me: "Don't forget the dialogue."
