WoW: All pets!

Oh, the name plates aren’t to be used to monitor friendlies’ health bars, they’re for checking monsters’ health at a glance. When fighting multiples it is best to work on the most damaged one first. Plus you can click on them to target.

Which is why it’s so damn stupid to have one green, completely irrelevant bar floating amidst all the vitally important red ones.

Why leave it summoned then? Just put it back in the cage. Problem solved.

Trust me, the monsters don’t care how cool your Mini-Diablo is.

Hey McBain, is it alright if I forward your last post to all the mouthbreathers that I am sometimes grouped with? I sure hope so, because they never listen to me. Hopefully your elegant solution will get through to them.

Dude, so I was really, really congested the other night. Lay off. Besides, I just can’t fight effectively without Fluffy cheering me on!

Speaking of which, I don’t think I’ve complained enough lately that non-com pets can’t be renamed, so here I go again.

At the very least they should be able to be renamed locally. And if you could rename other people’s pets locally, that’d be wonderfully convenient.

Also on the subject of pets, I heard that the Siamese Cat which drops rarely off of Cookie in the Deadmines sells for a fairly large chunk of change to Horde players. Since that’s the only place to get it, and Horde folk rarely go over there.

Heck, they wouldn’t even have to store the name – make me assign the name every time I summon it. No big deal. Not like I actually let the cat out of the bag that often.
