While replying to a thread a moment ago, I got this message:
As far as I know, my java’s just fine, and since I’m paranoid, I didn’t click “go” to find out what it meant. I had to keep clicking cancel every couple seconds when it would pop back up though.
Sketchy banner, or over-paranoia on my part?
I just got a Java ad with invalid security thingamajics that constantly refreshed itself and kept asking me to let it infiltrate my computer. In the end I just had to disable Java to continue browsing.
Ditto. Didn’t know where it was coming from, but I guess it was the banner ad.
It’s pretending to be Google Analytics, yep.
That’s the one I was complaining about here, and it was gone for a while but it looks like it’s back again.
I’ve posted in the Google AdSense forum about it, and there’s at least one report of it happening on other forums, but no official response yet.
