Yes, they offered cross-play between PlayStation and PC, and nothing else. When those games expanded to offer cross-play on Xbox One and Switch, which could play with each other and PC with no issues, Sony refused to play ball and only allowed cross-play with PC. We even have a Qt3 thread about this and about Sony’s absurd response.
