Crackdown - 50. Body Armor
Use the Harpoon gun to attach 5 gang member corpses to a single vehicle.
Targeted Advertising and OSHA Violation from Orange Box are pretty good (sticking a guy to a billboard and killing someone with a crane respectively).
I have to say that when playing through Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, when you get the achievement of “Worst Day Shift Manager Ever” for killing your own stormtroopers.

I hardly get any achievemments (gamerscore 3000+ after two years with the 360), but I love these. So show me more.

101 Cremations: Set 101 infected on fire
Chain Smoker: Constrict two Survivors on one life as a Smoker.
“OSHA Violation” from HL2 had me laughing out loud. That’s what you got for killing 3 guys with the crane.
Another good HL2 one: “Flushed.” For killing someone with a toilet.
“Doesn’t play well with others” – Fallout 3, for killing 300 people.
“Fratricide” in Portal – for destroying the Companion Cube.
Gears of War 2 – Dirty, Dirty Horde – for beating 10 waves of Horde mode
Portal: Still Alive – Out of the Blue – for once you have control of both portals, only entering the orange portal
Dead Rising – Zombie Genocider – for killing 53,594 zombies
Left 4 Dead – Zombie Genocidest – for killing 53,595 zombies
that’s just cheeky :)

Someone on another board reminded me that Civ Revolutions has some great achievements. A sample:
640K Ought to be Enough: Win a Technology Victory on at least King difficulty.
Curse of the Drinking Class: Develop a city to produce 200 resources per
Embiggens the Smallest Man: Win a Cultural Victory on at least King difficulty.
Good Afternoon, Doctor Jones.: Discover an ancient artifact.
Have Fun Storming the Castle: Win a Domination Victory.

Uninsurable: (skate) Get every Medical Milestone (skate2) break 100 bones
You know they’re just heckling you, right?
Portal:
Camera Shy - Destroy all cameras
Audiosurf (PC only):
Bauer - Collect a match of 24 blocks
Brutus - Dethrone a friend in the rankings
