OH WOW IT WAS.
Placed in the context of the atom symbol just below it my brain can’t unsee a mushroom cloud. In the final screenshot with “BIO” next to it it’s much less ambiguous, but in the preceding ones it’s clearly a nuclear war simulator.
Indeed, whatever that name means, aka Maid-san wo migini.
Incredible game with wonderful level design, if you can get over the repetitive tile set. Don’t let the meme screenshot mislead you.

The Procession to Calvary? Just going off the painted background, but I don’t think the art style is quite right.
EDIT: oh no, I’ve just spotted some more of the elements, I’m pretty sure I know what this is now!
