AVG Corrupted!

That’s the message I woke up to this morning. I then de- and re-installed and upon restart I got a new message:

Cannot install AVGCore, please re-install.

Well I am about to try all this again, but will probably update and run Norton first before trying AVG in a little bit.

Anyone ever have this happen?

I haven’t but I use AntiVir.

I’ve had this message come up a couple of times. What I do is go back to the last restore point before the corruption, and then redownload and reinstall the updates.

What I would like to know would be why this happens?
