I could maybe help with the roll but not the check.
I’ve been thinking about this for a while, and I reckon the cards are too valuable right now and we should go for the roll.

I’ll play tactics 4 (SP) on the roll.
You need a better FTL drive then.
As we all know, when you use an SP on a crisis roll, this happens:
Roll 8: +2 = 8 (BSG Board Game Mathematics)
Crisis has no effect, the public isn’t very interested in being informed.
Raiders activate in 5. The unfortunate Unnamed Viper Pilot #85 is in their way.
Roll: 8…the poor random fellow is vaporized, along with his Viper.
The other Raider is interested in Athena.
Roll: 6…which happens to miss because Assault Raptor.

Edit: Yes I know I didn’t ask for piloting card help, in the interest of speeding things up slightly. The pilots’ turns are coming up, maybe they’ll draw useful cards.
I’ll use my CAGness to launch a viper in 4, then shoot at the two raiders.
You only get one shot, FYI.

Yeah, but I’m shooting it through both of them, CAG-style. I have piercing ammo.
So Athena sends a poor random pilot into 4. We’ve seen what happens to these guys.
Then she snapshots a Raider.
Roll: 7 = Raider splooshed dead.
Boomer could never do that.
And then…
Everyone is totally suspicious that she is Boomer, after all.

Well it has Tactics on it, for a change. So there’s that.
We can and we will! I can do a good portion of it on my own but would need help. I don’t want to go to prison. I have so much to do still…
