Battlestar Galactica 23 - Craig -Is- Here, Man

Well, you’re first, also people should listen to Leoben…maybe.

0 cards for me.

Again, recommending we tank this and save the cards since I can fix it.

@Strollen, @Jorn_Weines, @Perky_Goth, @CraigM…are we tanking? If not, Strollen is next up.

Nah, I won’t be able to do much about this one. Damaged vipers aren’t worth the cards when other issues are pressing.

0 Cards for me.

I don’t have any positice cards for this, so 0 cards @Perky_Goth

I certainly can’t do it by myself, despite having reds.

@CraigM

Zip. We’ll fix them later

I assume you want to damage 3 normal Vipers that are not in space.

That is correct. Reserves only.

Alrrriiiighty. 3 Vipers damaged in reserves.

The curses coming from Starbuck over the radio are suitably impressive.

Basestar pops into Cylon Fleet space 3. Pop.

+1 Pursuit Track (for the first time this game)

@Strollen, as CAG you have to place a civilian ship in a space not already occupied by a civilian, so any space but 2.

+1 Jump Prep

To this end @Strollen the best places tend to be near the Vioer launch tubes (3,4) or a space with a Viper already in it, in this case yours.

3 is a good place for it.

That makes sense Craig put the civilian ship in 3. I’ll escort them with a new viper next turn.

Got it. Doing the Leoben crisis thing with @rowe33

Ok folks, we’re going to have a pretty crappy non-jump crisis where some friends will jump in, then next turn we’ll have an easy choice & a raider activation/jump prep. At least we know what’s coming I guess.

In other words, hang on, we’re in for some chop.

Here you go, @rowe33

Ok, move to Communications to avoid getting sick, then I’ll whisper into a few ears about how terrible the Admiral is running things:

Never before has anyone revamped Galactica’s fighter fleet in such grand fashion! New Mark VIIs, ready to go! I realize clearing space of vipers isn’t ideal but it’ll look better when you see the crisis.

That moves Starbuck to the hangar deck, the unmanned Viper to reserves, and it repairs everything, including the Mk VII Vipers. You’re fully stocked. And Leoben gets 2 Treachery cards that he’ll probably discard anyway.

Admiral @CraigM decides we need a head of security. How will he go about it? Wild guesses anyone? I’m pretty sure I know.

Yea, but ugh. I know exactly how this could go wrong in the worst way possible.

But I’ll take that risk.

Top option. Starbuck, I’m giving you special duty. Don’t frak it up.
