Anyone here have experience brewing beer? I’m trying to think of my Next Grand Side Project, and a little brewing company might be the ticket. I realize that if I was to ever go commercial, I’d probably have to go the big expensive microbrewery route, but I’d at least want to give it a go on a small scale to see if it’s something I could enjoy.
With some sort of dinky home brewing kit, can you actually get good beer? Or will it always be confined to “that’s Tom’s homemade beer… it tastes almost as good as a real beer!”?
Any recommendations from people who’ve done their own?
