At the same time, my understanding from the card is that you have to launch at a basestar occupied space. Not that nuking 3 civilians wouldn’t be entertaining.

She didn’t care. She knew where the access panels were, she knew how balistics were calculated. She also knew if she turned a few knobs and superloaded the fuel cells she could put a bit extra payload on the missile. It wasn’t safe, and long term it would eventually fail catastrophically, but for the 2 minutes before launch? It should be fine.
