You’re paying for the “cool factor” of having an uncut sheet. When I toured the BoEP last year, the new $50 had just come out and they were selling sheets of it at about a 15-20% premium right there in the building. Here’s a blurry pic I took where you can just see the price on the sheets of four ($240 gets you $200) and of 16 ($900 gets you $800).
