I was unhappy at the shoddy build quality of this for the longest time but did two minor things to improve their Replaced the “sport mesh” with this:
There are <$15 knockoffs of these HM5 earpads that work just as well for some.
Secondly, I added a micro USB magnet charging tip with detaching cable (OneAdaptr’s Evri) so I can easily charge it in the dark without fumbling for the Micro USB cable.
Also, I was going to upgrade to the G935 because of their leatherette earpads but this is a superior solution because the G935 jettisons Dolby Headphone support for just DTS. G933 and G633 have both.
