You can only do it if there are more than 12 hours left, and you need to use this form: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/end_early.html
BUT WAIT! If there are bidders, the high bidder will still win. You first need to cancel any bids (if that is your intent) with this form: http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CancelBidShow&CancelBidShow=&guest=1
