EU puts pressure on Burma

As pressures rise in Burma/Myanmar, the EU has called for the military dictatorship to show “utmost restraint” and launch “a process of real political reform”! When the Junta said that it was ready to “take action” against protesters, an EU spokesman warned that “OUR WORDS ARE BACKED BY NUCLEAR WEAPONS!”

Well, almost. You’d think that with the UK and France as members, the Union would get to use this line occasionally.

You know, we are brothers in business not brothers in arms… so we will warn them with frozing of money transfers… most times the much better solution ;)
