I never finished New Vegas, so I started playing recently. I have some memories of stalling out in some seemingly infinite underground tunnel / sewer system or similar, but it’s been so long I really don’t remember much about the game. The graphics are old, but the feeling of exploring and wanting to see what’s over the next hill is still as strong as ever.
It does crash to desktop on me a disturbing amount, though it seems to do so when it’s loading a new area, and sees to get the autosave off first, so I’m not losing progress. Just a bit annoying to have to start the game up multiple times per session.
I saw the mods posted above, but I’m not sure I want to uninstall the game and reinstall it in a different location just to install mods.
