I just got the monitor, and so far, the image quality is excellent compared to my old TN panel Dell. I cannot get the USB B to A connection working, though. I have an MSI Tomahawk B350. According to the documentation, it should be a 3.0 USB^. The Port works if I plug in my Keyboard. But the OSD Sidekick cannot establish a connection and says I need to check the USB cable. I use the cable that came with the Monitor. I selected this Monitor specifically for the KVM capability and that requires the USB connection to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can find out if it’s the port or something else?
I have the 32 one.

You might have an a port lemon since I’m not sure if any thing other c is meant for kvm
I figured it out. I had to first set up the KVM to recognize the DP signal as the USB-B connected device and then it works! Manual didn’t say anything about it but now the KVM and the Monitor works beautifully. Cheers!
