Judging from those stills it’s obviously a flying squirrel.
Slow to .25 speed and I don’t think it has a flapping motion. I’ll guess swamp gas.

It does look more like a tiny flying squirrel LOL. But I don’t think we have those here.
A piece of Strange Matter from the Large Hadron Collider has become sentient and is now flying free. What a disaster! If we don’t stop it, it will turn the whole Earth into strange matter as well, which will be the end of the Texas State Fair. And also, all life.
