I just won a contest at work! I can have a trip for 2 to Vegas or $1000. I am taking the cash. :) It’s so exciting. I want to say I never win anything, but a few years back I won a Palm Pilot at a work raffle. Maybe I should take that trip to Vegas after all.
My offical “entry” for the contest was 3 web based reviews of flight sims. I did the last 2 MS flight sims and LOMAC. Heh. I never earned this much when I was working for Gamepen (but I did get to hang out with Gordon Berg, so I guess I can’t complain ;-).

I know what you mean. Invariably all the really cool gifts are in the form of new hardware. It’s just like being a teenager when the best gifts were always in the form of cash. :)
