The Telegraph understands that four confidential Red Cross documents implicating senior Pentagon civilians in the Abu Ghraib scandal have been passed to an American television network, which is preparing to make them public shortly.

Duh?

If you must use torture to save ten thousand lives, you must use it to save a thousand.

If you must use it to save a thousand, you must use it to save a hundred.

Or to save ten, or one, or soldiers in combat.

Or just to stop the threat of loss of life.

Its the Slippery Slope of DOOM.
