I am having trouble getting my iPhone 6+ and wifes 5c to sync in iTunes.
On windows 10, the pc sees both of them but according to itunes they are not connected.
I have uninstalled itunes and reinstalled as well as rebooting. I am on ios9 and wife on 8. Same issue both phones,.
Anyone have any ideas?
