LO:MAC sterile? Well, maybe not

I know this is a user made movie, but if you have broadband, check it out.

Maybe I’m just easy to please? Shows what can be done with the beta, however.

Edit: Go for the “big” version.

boing!

Ok, now I’m not going to be able to sleep until this game shows up. Dammit.

Also, now I wish they’d made a companion tank sim to go with it. Where the heck is Steel Beasts II when you need it?!

Um…wow…like…wow…

whoa… (/keanu)

That was more inspiring than the actual demo.

OK, I’ve heard about LOMAC but this is the first time I have actually seen any of the game in motion and it looked pretty good. I guess I don’t know a lot about this one, but what were the complaints from that past that this video help put to rest?

Actually in my opinion, though from a much earlier version of LOMAC, this is a superior third-party video:

He had a much larger version (this one’s 11 meg) but probably took it offline because of bandwidth usage.

This video is really worth watching (and listening) too:

That video is pretty good - damn, what’s that song? I got it running through my head nonstop. Anyone know?

The song is called “Ever Dream” from the finnish group Nightwish.

They should have used “Passion and the Opera”, “Wishmaster”, “Wayfarer” or “End of all Hope” though. Those songs would have kinda fit way better IMO. :P

Really? I really like “Ever Dream.” Picked up some of their others and so far haven’t liked them as much.

Check out some slower ones such as “Dead Boy’s Poem”, “Sleeping Sun”, “Walking in the Air” or “Sleepwalker”.
