The Spring Blossom Fest has started in Monster Hunter: World. From now until April 19th, the citizens of Astera are decked out in their best seasonal garb, the avenues are lined with flowers, and there are exclusive quests that can reward you with special event gear..
I think in this kind of situation the colon should be omitted because otherwise it makes the headline read differently.
I don’t know why they pushed this into the Gathering Hub. First I got a little notice that said I should go to the Gathering Hub and all the great things there; I know what it is and saw little point to go there, and now the Spring Festival is there so I have to go up there get my free Spring Blossom meals and look at the NPCs in costume.
