Yep, dealers have zero owner loyalty (was also an almost 20 year customer with 6 vehicles bought from them), I learned that last year. :)
Didn’t buy a Mazda, and I’ve pretty much blacklisted that dealership and all Mazda communication and ended up getting an Acura last summer.
Overall a win-win-win for me, as the CX-70 turned out to be a dud when they did the reveal earlier this year, it’s too big and bland.
