QT3 User Group Memberships? wtf?

So what is this crazy “Group Memberships” thing that I just noticed on my profile, that’s empty, and when I go to User CP the only group available is some mysterious Skull & Bones style “P&R Tussling Ring” ?

Have I just become ILLUMINATED? My world is colliding with some shadow world of QT3?

I noticed that ages ago, and I’m pretty sure I’m not a member of any elite QT3 cabal.
