That’s what my old boss used to call the, “free repair.” When he would ask me what I tried to do to fix something he would always break it out by cost.
“Did you reseat the cards and cables, Skipper? No??!? That’s a free repair right there before we get to anything else.”

Cleared out the TPM
Flashed the motherboard to the latest beta BIOS
Wiped the SSD entirely and installed Win1122H2
Opened up the case and reinserted the GPU, power cables, and unplugged all drives and USB devices that weren’t essential.
