As for the long worked hours my feelings on it are that it’s a choice these people are making, it really is. If you don’t like the long hours you find another job. I have worked 60+ hr weeks every week of every month for over 15 years, they are a requirement of some jobs , you do eventually get a vacation, you do hopefully get properly compensated for your time worked every week.
