This is exactly what I was hoping to see on the DS. I’ve done the rubbing and the poking, now let’s just use the touchscreen for a more sophisticated interface.
Those are the worst renderings of the Shogun Warriors I’ve ever seen. They barely look human-sized, let alone 100 feet tall. Where are Great Mazinga and Danguard Ace? I don’t care if it is a double screen, it’s not big enough for those robots.
I hope the deplomatic modul is sofistukated so i dont have to seige the castle.
I hope the translation is cleaned up better than in that screenshot too.

I wonder if it will be online-enabled thought. I think the biggest blunder Nintendo did with the DS was not having the online service/libraries ready for launch.
looks awesome to me, but I was really hoping it was a shogun warriors game.
License bundling is much less common now then it was in the 70s. Doubt we’ll ever see the big G teaming up with Mazinger again anytime soon.

The jumbo machinder transforming one is great though, arms off, head off, huge horns in arm slots = GIANT SPACE SKULL!!

Also, I’m totally with you on the Soul of Chogokin stuff. The new GX-27 Gaiking looks amazing. And I’d give my right arm if Bandai would make a “thin” Tutsujin 28 (as opposed to the “chubby” GX-24).
