Does any game have better patch notes than a Sims game? From the notes for v1.50: New air conditioning units and electrical box decorative objects. Worst. Decorations. Ever. Pillow Fight wishes will appear much less frequently..

Some of my favourites from a previous patch;
-Baby Sims will no longer become stuck on a Sim's hand while driving a car.
- Sims who are on fire will no longer be forced to attend graduation before they can put themselves out.
"Hot Dog and Pie Eating contests can no longer ironically cause a Sim to starve to death."
It's official: my new dream job is to be the guy who compiles patch notes for the Sims 3.
I think Dwarf Fortress patch notes come close!
