So this was the Japanese gun-fu slice-of-life buddy comedy Baby Assassins.
It’s currently available to watch for free on Youtube if you have Youtube Premium and also on Hi-Yah and Plex. I didn’t think Baby Assassins was all that obscure (certainly more visible I thought than Bones and All), but I’ll have to make sure I’m not diving into Asian martial arts flicks in this game. Baby Assassins is super fun and you should watch it.
