I prefer Medicare to any insurance that I’ve purchase. But I prefer any employee provided insurance, I’ve ever had to Medicare. First, because my employer insurance has been free with very low deductible unlike Medicare or Medicare Advantage. Second because my sister and I have spent way too many hours try to figure out what the hell Medicare will cover, and getting Medicare reimbursement for our parents and now for my BIL with Parkinson. In my experience customer service for Medicare is inferior to private insurance.
I suspect their is strong negative correlation between those with a lot of familiarity with Medicare and their support for MFA.
