No, it’s a version of I don’t know what any of that has to do with free speech, and none of it is an answer to the question ‘do you think Nintendo is obligated to publish your book for you’.

Tom Chick can publish a review of a nintendo game, and Nintendo can delete that video if they don’t like it.

This is a example of a corporation (Nintendo) limiting the free speech of a person (Tom Chick).

Your definitions need a updating, is what I am saying.

None of which has anything to do with the 1st amendment, which is being invoked here…
