VS2013 - Anyone know where the StyleBuilder migrated to?

So quick (dumb) question: Does anyone know where the CSS StyleBuilder migrated to in Visual Studio 2013? As is Microsoft’s habit, they appear to have moved this somewhere else. This is the way I’d easily access the Style Builder for either an existing or new style:

I know all this can be done by hand but the Style Builder is useful for me, since I don’t have a lot of experience with CSS. In VS2013, I can still go to Format | New Style to start a new style, but I don’t know how I can quickly bring it up for an existing style class - it’s not longer present on the right-click context menu. Any ideas?
