I haven’t given it a shot yet, so I don’t know how good it will be. I expect it will be shut down by Blizzard shortly :)
How do they emulate an entire WoW server? Did they steal Blizzard’s server code? This just blows my mind.
You think they have an emulated server up and running? My suspicion would be that the “update” actually installs a trojan on your system, personally.
As Lum said this is nothing new. There were servers more than a year ago and they still suck.
It’s not hard to put up a walking simulation using WoW’s client. It’s a bit harder to actually build the rest of the game.
