Well, @Hereafter is correct - both in naming the game, which is indeed Vault of the Void, as in calling it the best single character card builder in a long time, because I absolutely agree.
I was a bit tricksy there in picking the “map” view instead of the card battles, but this is such a cool part of the game that I just had to go with it. The fact that you can effectively plan your route, picking the cards you want, and know what you’re going to face… is a fantastic thing that allows for some “feedback loops” in how you play, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen this done in such an intuitive and effective way. I barely explored the things this game has to offer, but I know design genius when I see it.
