It’s one of two games - either Vaporum or its sort-of-sequel-kind-of-prequel, Vaporum: Lockdown.
EDIT: looking closer now, it’s Vaporum: Lockdown. ;)
Woah I would never have guessed that. To me, Vaporum is that blurry shading mess on my Switch!
