It was a reference to this thread, where you had a parade of good examples of jump scares that you knocked down by mostly disagreeing that they were jump scares in the first place. :-) Full disclosure: I was very frustrated by your definition being so narrow and quit reading the thread about halfway through, so it’s entirely possible that if I’d read the whole thread, maybe there was a jump scare further down the thread that you liked and didn’t disqualify as a jump scare.
