@Valambrian: You have an NPC vassal town in my backyard. I have no quarrel with you, but am disinclined to just leave it there in striking distance of my capital. Would you be open to a payment of say, 200 gold and a minor artifact to relinquish your claim to it?

My work in Spain draws to an end and I’ll be in my computer Saturday night and Sunday.
My turn, I guess? I’ll be on vacation for two weeks starting next Monday. I think I’ll have Internet access, but I can’t guarantee it. I’ll be fine if you’ll decide to kick me out and continue the game without me.

Checked out a second, easier treasure site (void of Halflings!) that looked doable, so I engaged!
