We have a pretty decent chance of passing if I pull politics 2(CP) but probably best to play it safe. 3 waste isn’t too bad. I’ll putt the remaining treachery and (tactics/politics?) in destiny down the line and use Quick thinking first to pull tactics 0 (TI)
No point pulling treachery 0 (DC) now that we have two of them in play, since only one activates I believe. Yay!
