I think a combo of ro and aac would be usefull here. I’m of no help.
Obviously we want to pass this this one
It’s typical we all drew terribly for cards
I will play L3 RO to cancel skill check abilities for this crisis.
Any other pre-check abilities or do we go to adding?
Note that AAC would make the check reckless, and then we might get a Bait from the deck anyways. If I am right. Which I might not be.
Guess we’ll pass this at any cost (L3)
Yes, RO does not prevent the reckless trigger from taking effect.
Um, one minute please while I clear up a thing or two. All your card playing has scrambled my circuits.
Yeah, it’d be nice to have clarity on what happens now.
RO cancels all skill check abilities, so any T0 Bait we play or get from Destiny won’t trigger.
AAC makes the check reckless, though, so if the card flipped is a 0 and either of the treacheries drawn from Reckless is a Bait, it will trigger.
Right?
You have the right of it.
You can not play RO and AAC on top of each other.
@Jorn_Weines and @soondifferent work it out.
When a “Restore Order” Card is played before a skill check,
that check cannot then be made Reckless. Similarly, a
“Restore Order” Card cannot be played before a skill check if
that check has been made Reckless. If two or more players
wish to play cards at the same time, the current player
determines which player may play his card first.
Bah, so what has more value here. I’m guessing the aac. Only if we pass it though
Or
RO and avoid reckless
OH wait not the aac, we cant play all the nasty stuff any how
Uhr, I don’t know. Maybe keep the aac? If we fail I get another treachery for the next super crisis when we use the aac there?
They are out of supers. I agree not play the aac
Maybe play the RO
What do you think @soondifferent
Population is almost impossible to gain but i see no Other option here.
Doh. Yeah, without RO I don’t think AAC is worth it unless it’s Cylon Genocide or something.
My treachery cards are pretty ugly.
So we stay with RO?
Yeah, play the RO
If we fail and they put in a pv treachery you would end up in the brig
Well, that’s life in the fleet.
Tonight’s show: The best emergency announcements of the month. On repeat.
I play the RO.
