The treachery deck isn’t very big, they might just be redrawing the same ones again and again.
I’m not in front of it to check exact numbers but while it varies generally the Treachery deck has been a handful of cards deep for a while.
I’m going to discard 0B and move to the Cylon Fleet. Because I’m Six I’ll discard another 0B to activate the Basestars.

Note - there are 2 damage tokens and two remaining Galactica locations left.
And we still manage to miss FTL.
Just FYI, FTL isn’t needed anymore. The Admiral jumps to end the game as an action regardless of location.
